Nothing happens when I click / tap "V" or swipe right. How do I reach out to people?

On Shapr, you can chat to people when you “match” with them, that is to say you mutually chose to “meet” one-another.

You can be notified of a match in real time (if the person you swiped right had already swiped you right), or via an email or push notification if the match happens on their end, when you’re not using the app. Be aware that swiping everyone to the right will result in your profile being downgraded, so choose wisely (typically, 30% of swipes are made to the right on Shapr).

You can exchange messages and access your list of matches both on the mobile app and the web version.
