In the mobile app:
- Log in to your Shapr account.
- Click the Shapr Pro ads found in the Home screen. You can also view the upgrade page when you access Shapr Pro features, such as Teleport or clicking the "They Swiped You Right" page.
- Choose an offer that you would like to proceed with.
* note: The 6-month and the 12-month (1 year) Shapr Pro subscriptions are billed as a one-time payment at the beginning of the subscription. It cannot be billed in monthly installments.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that Shapr Pro subscriptions are stored and processed in the Google Play Store platform (for Android users) and the iTunes/iOS App Store platform (for Apple users).
- Once payment has been processed and you receive confirmation, the Shapr Pro features will be unlocked immediately. If you still do not have access to Shapr Pro once payment has been processed, please go to Shapr's app settings and click Restore Purchase". This will re-activate your subscription. Don't worry, you won't be charged twice.
