If you can't access your account using either LinkedIn or your email address and a password, generate a new password on this page.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password:
- If you created your Shapr account using your LinkedIn account, make sure you enter the email address used to create your LinkedIn account originally.
- Check your spam folder in your email if you can't find the email to reset your password in your main inbox
If you still don't receive the password reset email, please contact our support team at support@shapr.net from the email address you use to log in on Shapr.
If after setting a new password you still can't access your account, that may mean that a moderator blocked your account for violating our terms of use.
