Don’t worry . . In cases like this, all you have to do is:
1. Log in to your Shapr account
2. Go to your Shapr profile
3 Once you are in your Shapr profile, click the cogwheel icon at the upper-right part of the profile page. This will take you to the app settings.
4. Click “Restore Purchases”.
The steps above will simply re-activate your subscription. You won’t be charged twice.
Can’t find the Restore Purchases button? You just need to log in and out of your account or re-install Shapr to force the app to activate your subscription.
