Shapr Pro subscriptions purchased via the web app also adhere to app purchase policies in the mobile app. This means that subscriptions will renew automatically unless the user cancels before the auto-renewal date.
For example, if you purchased a Shapr Pro subscription on October 25, 2019, it will renew automatically on November 25, 2019. You will, then, be charged automatically for another month due to this auto-renewal.
If you cancel before the renewal date (in the case of the example above, which is November 25, 2019), you will still have access to Shapr Pro features, but only until the last day of the current subscription. After that, your subscription will return to the Free version.
To cancel the subscription auto-renewal in the web app:
- Login to your Shapr account at https://webapp.shapr.net/
- Once you log in to your account, click on your profile photo at the upper-right corner. This will take you to your Shapr profile.
- The Settings page is in the right panel. Click the cogwheel icon beside the "Account" heading.
- You will, then, see a summary of your current Shapr Pro subscription. Click "Cancel my subscription".
NOTE: Shapr Pro subscriptions purchased via the web app will not appear on your Google Play Store account (if you are an Android user) or your iTunes/iOS App Store account (if you are an Apple user).
